The social share function will float over the page content to the left of the page.
On a component based page, if there is little screen space it will float to the left of the the text. If there is a lot of screen space this will be to the left of the page content. This is not configurable in the CMS.
On a standard post template the position of the share icon is fixed.
On mobile devices the share icons is rendered at the bottom of the page.
Turning off social icons
- Make sure the page is set to a component based template
- Navigate to appearance
- Click disable
