You can tag any of your pages or posts with the terms listed in your taxonomies. These terms are used to organize and filter your posts and make it easier for your users to navigate your content.
Your taxonomies are found if you hover over the posts, pages or media library tabs in the sidebar on the WordPress back end. In this case the site has four taxonomies: Content Types, Countries, Resource Types and Topics:

Adding tags to posts
To use this, you simple need to check the boxes for the tags topics you want to associate your post with on the right-hand sidebar:
Your post will then appear like this on the front-end:
