There are two select-able templates, as shown below. The Standard Post Template is for quickly creating a basic page, the Component Template is for building complex pages that use blocks.
The Component Template will be built adding sections, columns and blocks. If using the Component Template then you should be also using the Section Block as this block provides padding options.
