The related content block is a post list block that shows posts based on the page/post tags of the page it is used in.
For example, if you create a page about LGBTI Rights and add ‘LGBTI Rights’ as a topic tag, you can then insert the related content block at the bottom of the page and it will show posts that also use this tag.
This is a useful way to give users an onward journey when they have read the content on the page and encourage them to stay on your site.
Adding a related content block
To add a related content block, click on the Block Inserter (+). Alternatively, you can type /related content in a new paragraph and press enter.
Related content block settings
The related content block doesn’t have a lot of settings. The posts that show in the related content block are based on the tags selected in the post/page settings.
